South African President reiterates his country’s support to Sahrawi Republic

Pretoria (South Africa), May 5, 2018 (SPS) - South African President Cyril Ramaphosa received, in Pretoria, Sahrawi Minister of Foreign Affairs Mohamed Salem Ould Salek where he reiterated “his country’s traditional support to the Sahrawi Arab Democratic Republic (SADR) in its legitimate struggle for territorial integrity and sovereignty.”

On the occasion of this meeting, Ould Salek handed over to President Cyril Ramaphosa a message from his Sahrawi counterpart Brahim Ghali.

Sahrawi Minister of Foreign Affairs was accompanied by SADR’s ambassador to South Africa al-Bechir Essaghir.

SADR is taking part in a two-day Japanese-African Economic Forum which kicked off Thursday in Pretoria, added the source. (SPS)
